| The sanctuary is located on hardscrabble Road in Bernardsville. The sanctuary houses a New Jersey Birds Museum, book/gift shop and art exhibit room. Trails on the property facilitate exploration of the 260 acres of woodland, floodplain and field habitat supporting over 200 species of wildlife over the course of the year. The sanctuary offers: guided nature walks, Saturday field trips throughout New Jersey, children's programs, day camps and workshops. Nature walks are held 8-9 AM every Friday and Saturday. Open Tuesday through Saturday 9-5 PM and Sunday, noon to 5 PM. |
